Newcrest Construction Inc. is Victoria, BC based firm providing general contracting and construction management services to the commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential sectors.

Newcrest’s principals consist of two construction professionals with decades of experience in the industry, specifically within the Greater Victoria Area.

Together they have previously completed projects of all sizes (ranging from $1m to $65m), having completed more than $341m in projects in the last five years during their previous experience as executive and owner of a large commercial construction firm. They are well-versed in optimizing the preconstruction phase to eliminate waste, make construction operations efficient, and find cost-effective solutions to meet project objectives.

Newcrest’s team is comprised of industry professionals with experience in both private and public construction projects, including federal/municipal government, schools, corporate offices, and hospitals.
